## What he does each day

Nguyễn Đức Thịnh has fifteen years in restaurants, from waiting tables to manager. At Bếp Rơm he handles every booking, the private room and group dinners.

Each request sent through the [booking page](/en/reserve) stays pending until he confirms it on Zalo or by phone, usually within 2 hours during opening hours. In the confirmation he repeats the date, the time, the party size, the deposit if there is one, and any allergens you noted. He also decides how to join tables, and sets extra chairs in the [private room](/en/private-dining) when the group is 13 or 14 rather than 12.

For groups of 15 or more he takes the booking by phone, on 0963 929 241, because the veranda and yard need to be arranged separately.
