The terms below are Bếp Rơm’s own rules and apply to booking requests and gift vouchers made through this site.

## Booking

A booking request is only a request until we confirm it on Zalo or by phone. We hold the table for 15 minutes after the booked time, 20 minutes from 8 guests; message us on Zalo that you are late and we hold it once more, up to 30 minutes. Minimum lead time runs from 2 hours (up to 4 guests) to 48 hours (the private room), and 7 days by phone for 15 to 40 guests. Details are in the [reservation policy](/en/reservation-policy).

## Deposits and cancelling

Under 8 guests there is no deposit. From 8 guests the deposit is VND 100,000 per guest; the private room deposit is VND 1,500,000, flat. After we confirm, we send a bank-transfer QR code on Zalo; if it is not paid within 12 hours, the table is released. The deposit is deducted from the bill. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead (48 hours for the private room) for a full refund; cancel later or do not show up and we keep the deposit.

## Private room and minimum spend

The private room seats 12 (14 with extra chairs), three hours a sitting, with no room fee. The minimum spend, including drinks and VAT, is VND 3,000,000 for lunch and VND 3,600,000 for dinner. ## Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers come in three values: VND 500,000, VND 1,000,000 and VND 2,000,000\. A voucher covers food and drinks, is valid for 6 months from the day of purchase, and has no cash value. If the bill is above the voucher’s value, the user pays the rest. See [gift vouchers](/en/gift-vouchers).

## Prices, VAT and invoices

Menu prices include 8% VAT until 31 December 2026; after that date prices are updated to the rate in force. We charge no service fee. An e-invoice is issued at payment if you ask; give us your tax ID before you pay.

## Birthday cakes and drinks

A birthday cake you bring is cut and served at no charge. We do not allow outside drinks.

## Allergies and diets

Each dish lists its allergens across nine groups: crustaceans, fish, molluscs, peanut, soy, egg, wheat, sesame and milk. The kitchen tracks only those nine; tree nuts, celery and other substances are not tracked. The kitchen is shared, so we cannot promise there are no traces. The information on the site does not replace a doctor’s advice. If your allergy is severe, ask your doctor, then call 0963 929 241 so we can tell you what is in a dish.

## A demo site

Bếp Rơm is a fictional business and this is a demo site by THE NEXOVA: the address, tax ID, staff and guests are assumed, and no real meal or payment happens through this site. Personal data is handled as set out in the [privacy policy](/en/privacy).
