Why we keep your name, phone number and allergy notes, where, deletion after 12 months with no visit, and how to ask us to view, correct or delete them.

What we keep
When you send a booking request, we keep three main things: your name, your phone number and your allergy note. With them goes what you chose for that meal: date, time, party size, seating, diet, spice level, high chairs, occasion and free-text note. Email is optional; we keep it only if you fill it in.
An allergy note is health information, so we show it only to the person handling the booking and to the kitchen, to prepare for that meal.
What we use it for
- Confirming the booking on Zalo or by phone, usually within 2 hours during opening hours.
- Repeating your allergens and diet in the confirmation, and telling the kitchen.
- Holding your table, taking and refunding the deposit, and issuing an invoice if you ask.
We do not sell your information and we do not use your phone number to send advertising.
Where it is kept and for how long
Booking requests are stored in the site’s database, which runs on Cloudflare. Your booking details (name, phone number and allergy note) are deleted after 12 months with no visit. The allergy note is deleted together with the booking request.
Viewing, correcting and deleting
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time: call 0963 929 241 or email contact@thenexova.com with the name and phone number you booked under. We answer within 72 hours.
Bếp Rơm is a fictional business
This is a demo site by THE NEXOVA. Bếp Rơm does not exist, so a table you “book” here is not held for a real meal. If you try the booking form, use an invented name and phone number rather than real personal details. This page describes how the demo handles booking data and is not legal advice.
