Reservation policy: table hold, deposit, cancelling and changes
Tables held 15 minutes (20 for 8 or more). No deposit under 8 guests; from 8, VND 100,000 each, taken off the bill. Free cancellation 24 hours ahead.

Holding your table
We hold the table for 15 minutes after the booked time, and 20 minutes from 8 guests. If you message us on Zalo (0963 929 241) that you are running late, we hold it once more, up to 30 minutes. After that the table goes to another guest.

Under 8 guests there is no deposit. From 8 guests the deposit is VND 100,000 per guest (VND 800,000 for 8). If 8 guests choose the private room, the deposit is VND 1,500,000, as for groups of 9 to 14. After we confirm, a bank-transfer QR code is sent on Zalo; if it is not paid within 12 hours, the table is released. The deposit is deducted from your bill.
Cancelling and changing
Cancel at least 24 hours before the booked time (48 hours for the private room) and the deposit is refunded in full. Cancel later, or do not show up, and we keep the deposit. You can reduce the party size up to 24 hours ahead with no penalty; the deposit follows the new number, never below the deposit for 8 guests.
You can book up to 60 days ahead. Same-day booking is possible from 2 hours ahead for parties of up to 4.
Allergies, small children and what you bring
Tell us about diets and allergies when you book; our confirmation repeats them. The kitchen is shared, so we cannot promise there are no traces, and we track only nine allergen groups. We have 4 high chairs: ask when you book. A birthday cake you bring is served and cut at no charge; we do not allow outside drinks.
