This is a demo page
Bếp Rơm is a fictional business, so there are no real vacancies and we do not take applications through this page. What follows describes three roles a restaurant like Bếp Rơm normally needs. A live build would state shifts, pay and how to apply; here we give no figures for those.
Three roles
Kitchen helper. Prepping vegetables, fish and meat, washing and sorting ingredients, helping at the fire counter and the braising pots. You work beside head chef Trần Kim Loan or fire keeper Lê Văn Tư. The job needs steady habits: the kitchen follows Mai Thanh Vân’s allergen table when preparing dishes, and vegetarian dishes get their own utensils when possible.
Floor staff. Greeting guests against the booking, holding tables for 15 minutes (20 from 8 guests), repeating back the allergens guests told us about, setting the 4 high chairs, laying the mâm (a set of dishes laid for the whole table). You need to remember each dish’s 0 to 3 spice level and tell guests plainly which dish cannot be made milder, such as the lẩu mắm.
Cashier. Billing at prices that include 8% VAT, taking deposits off the bill, accepting gift vouchers, issuing e-invoices when guests ask. You work with Nguyễn Đức Thịnh, the reservations manager.
Shifts
The restaurant is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10:30 to 22:00, and closed on Mondays. The kitchen stops taking orders at 14:30 and reopens at 16:30; last order is at 21:15. So the work divides into a lunch shift and an evening shift. The hours and number of shifts per week for each role are not set on this demo page.
